The error reads as:
Â
Speed.exe has stopped working
Â
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Â
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

Please let me know what to do. I am really worried and looking forward to your advice.

Need for speed error speed .exe
First, can you play the game before installing your new RAM? For all I know, NFS is not compatible with Windows 7. Possible solutions that you may try are the following:
1. Install the latest version of DirectX.
2. Install the game under Administrator. Right-click on the game and choose Run as Administrator.
3. Change the compatibility setting. Right-click on the file and choose Properties. Under the Compatibility tab check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: and then choose Windows XP SP2/SP3 box. Click the OK button.
4. There are also some patches available in the EA website. Try installing it and perform a clean install of NFS.
