Need your help in writing software strategy document

 

When creating a strategy document you need to highlight two things specifically those are the objectives and the goals. When it comes to the software objectives and goals can be described as below

Objectives

Briefly explain the background of the product

Why you developed the software?

What are the real life issues addresses by the software?

Principles and strategies used in developing the product.

Goals

Expected outcome from the product

Responsibilities and benefits of the product

Key deliverables of the product
