error code 0xc00000f flashes everytime I try to turn of the system. I cannot boot the system.

It is a new device. Also it has Windows 8 already installed so I do not have a CD for it.

It means that your system’s booting data is not appropriate. When you start your computer hold the F8 or F10 key before the Windows begins to load. This will lead you to Windows 8 advanced recovery features. From here you can troubleshoot your system. If this fails, you should visit your manufacturer.

Alternate solution: Run System File Checker for replacing the corrupted Windows system files and drivers. Then Run DISM tool for repairing Windows image. Use the Command prompt for rebuilding the MBR you have, using a built-in boot rec tool. Use Dual-Boot Repair or EasyBCD for repairing your BCD file. It will repair your MBR as well.
