I have outlook set-up in my phone and wants to do calls easily. I want any outlook incoming call pop up on my phone. How can I set that up? Do I have to install additional software to have that?

Hi Rochelle,

Android phones have an application that lets you sync with your Outlook.  You can check DejaOffice CRM-Outlook sync developed by Companion Link software.

It gives you options to use USB or built in cloud depends on how you want to use it.

It does not require Exchange to sync your contacts and your messages on outlook.

However if you are using a Windows phone you can check 3CX Software , it makes your phone into a VOIP.
