Whenever I am flashing my NOKIA N82 with Phoenix software, the error -neither dp1.0 nor dp2.0 was found for the product, or the product cannot be identified are shown. What should I do?

Neither Dp1.0 Nor Dp2.0 Was Found For The Product, Or The Product Cannot Be Identified, Error Fixing Method

To fix it, follow these steps:

> Ensure you have the right Nokia firmware for your phone.

>Go to C drive and in folders find “Products” and make a new folder christening like RM-313 for N82. So the file will be similar to RM-XXX.

>If your laptop has 64-bit Windows, Phoenix should be situated in C:\Program Files.

>Done.
