Nero Express Internal error message

Hello Guys I am one of million users who use nero because of its popularity for burning files.

I don’t expect that I can encounter an error like this one; the message said “Internal Error”.

I am using Nero Express 6.3.1.17.

It appears every time that I close nero. What could be the possible cause why I encounter this one?

Please help.

Nero Express Internal error message

I think that the problem occurred by settings change or missing files. A software can be unavailable for various reasons such as missing files,virus or system changes. To solve your problem you can use system restore. Go accessories system tools–system restore. Select a restore point date when the Nero was available. Then start restoring. You can also solve the problem by reinstall the software. If you use windows 7 and the software has the repair option,then you can repair the software. Just go to the control panel and repair it. I think the middleone is the best.

Nero Express Internal error message

Hello Johnny Page,

The internal error you are receiving when using your Nero express application may be caused by missing registry files, which could have gone missing as a result of being deleted mistakenly, or they may have been corrupt by a virus that has possibly infected your computer system.

I will suggest that you try closing the program completely from the task manager and then restart it and see if the error will be solved. I case it persists, you maybe forced to do a clean reinstallation of the Nero express application to be able to fix any registry errors that may be causing the problem.
