Hi there,
I have this error when I want to burn a game for PlayStation on a DVD using ImgBurn. I did some researches on the Internet and I saw that is a common error without a solution. Does anyone have any idea how can this be solved ? What might be the problem ?
Thank you !

Nero image burn fails to write files with the device
I guess there is a much bigger problem here than not able to burn your files on a DVD disc. You got an I/O error which means there is a problem in your DVD writer. First, check the connections of your optical drive. Shut down your computer then unplug it from the AC outlet. Open the CPU case.
Disconnect the power supply cable and the ribbon cable from the DVD writer. Check the other end of the ribbon cable connecting to the motherboard if it is properly connected. You can also disconnect it from the motherboard and then reconnect it. After this, reconnect the ribbon cable and the power supply cable to the DVD writer then plug the CPU to the AC outlet.
Start the computer and then try burning your files again. Check if this works. If it doesn’t and you received an I/O error again then your optical drive is no longer fit to burn media. Try inserting an ordinary CD in your DVD writer to see if it can read the disc. If the drive can’t access the disc or you received an I/O error again then you really need to replace it.
