Nero Vision software shows error

Greetings,

Whenever I try adding a video file to Nero Vision software it stops working as displayed below.

If anyone understands this issue please shed some light.

Nero Vision has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem

Nero Vision software shows error

Hello Kevin, it is a common error when any program crashes. Windows Error Reporting Service shows up this message when any program stops working unexpectedly.

As it is happening with Nero Vision, it is definitely Nero Vision’s problem. The program might be corrupted or can’t access files properly and due to the mass, it closes down.

Uninstall the software and re-install it. This should make the software have the best situation with no junk and corruption.

Also, upgrade to the latest version.

As there is no other error code, this is the only remedy.
