Net meter for MAC to stay up to speed

Im not familiar how this Net meter for MAC could keep it secure and stay up to speed. Can anyone send me a link or information how use it and properly installed it. Regards

Net meter for MAC to stay up to speed

Hi,

Net metering controls the network traffic of the computer which are installed on the connections and shows you the numerical and graphical downloading, uploading rates. Also shows you the transferring rates of the multiple computer on your screen same time. Makes a traffic report log on a daily basis, Weekly basis and Monthly basis for you. It's also allows for alert and notification on exceeding amount of usage. These are the following things by which net meter keep you secure and stay up to the speed.
