Maybe there is a problem in the startup items. Try restarting the computer in Safe Mode, press F8 while starting Windows. When the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears, select Safe Mode. Use the cursor keys to navigate to the option.

Click Yes to proceed working on Safe Mode.

1. Click Start then Run.
2. Type msconfig then press Enter.
3. Click Startup tab.

Uncheck each item one at a time then reboot the computer. For example, uncheck the first item on the list then click OK. Restart the computer. If it’s still the same, restart again your computer in Safe Mode then repeat again steps 1-3. Uncheck the next item on the list and then click OK again then restart the computer.

Do this again and again until your computer starts normally. When the computer starts normally, go back again to the msconfig option under the Startup tab. Check all the items you previously unchecked but not the last one. Keep the last item unchecked.

If the problem is not in the Startup tab, go to the Services tab and just apply the same procedure above. Do this until you isolate the root of the problem.
