Well, if there’s a red X icon next to the server in KVM’s interface, it’s indicates the server module is offline. You can check on the server module, there should be a power LED, are those are lighting up to start. If not,  make sure that the connections are secure. And make sure you are using a good CAT5 or CAT6 cable, you can check the conditions. Or you can try a different on the server module if possible to rule that out. You can also try swapping out the server module dongle with another server module if nothing else I mentioned works.
