Network Error (tcp_error) When Opening My Website

Hi!

I am having some trouble when I open my personal website. I am not very good in IT so I really need a good help in this matter. Every time I open my website, an error message keeps on showing, and It goes like this:

“Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: “Operation timed out”

The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to

For instance, contact your network support team.”

What could be the causing problem to this error? I will give more info about the problem if asked. I am looking forward for any good solutions to my problem. Thank you TechyV buddies.

Network Error (tcp_error) When Opening My Website

Did you check on your internet connection if its properly working? Try holding the Windows key + R and then type CMD to launch the command prompt. Then type this command on the command prompt: PING <yourwebsiteurl>. And kindly post the results here. Or you can try to perform a Traceroute so you can see the list of the routers it passes and its destination, or those that fails or discarded. Select Start>Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt and then type tracert <domain name> and check for the result.

Dear User,

Your question is a bit unclear, but however.

If you cannot use internet, that means there is a problem with your internet connection

First make sure you are connected to internet. In order to do those make sure all the cables are plugged and all the lights are blinking in your router? (If you are using a router)

Try turning it off and on again. And restart your PC also.

Since your connection is not mentioned here it’s a bit hard to explain how to fix it.

Anyway, if you are having this problem only when logging in to your website.

I would recommend you to contact your website developer.
