When I send email with an attachment (700kb) from Outlook facing following error "Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange" I am using Outlook with Exchange 2007 amount. Any answer?
Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange
Is that happening when you try to attach the file to outlook or even when you try sending an email that does not have an attachment? If the error occurs when you are attaching the file to the email then it could be as a result of slowness in internet connection. 700 KB is a considerable large file, and therefore you will need to make sure that the internet connection speed is faster and stable for the file to be attached successfully.
But if the browsers are working well and you are sure that the internet connection speed is fast, I will suggest that you restart outlook to refresh the settings and then try attaching the file again.

Network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft Exchange
This problem is somewhat on the technical side which may require you to check your network connection manually. When your email client needs to connect to Microsoft Exchange to send the email and it cannot do it because of the problem, check if you have internet connection. Start your web browser then access any website just to see if you can connect.
If you can connect to a website but you cannot send your email through Office Outlook, it means there is a problem with your connection going through the computer that runs Microsoft Exchange. Another possible reason is if you are using Windows 7 and Office Outlook 2010. This problem frequently happens if you are using these two. Windows 7 saves the credentials in Credential Manager.
When a bad combination of username and password is saved or when it is time to change passwords, it can cause problems. To fix your problem, try deleting the saved credentials for Office Outlook then restart Office Outlook. When you do this, a new credential is stored after restarting Office Outlook. See if this works.
