Using Macintosh as I am trying to start Jaws PDF Creator through the Command Section, I receive this problem concept: “The application Jaws PDF Creator could not be opened because "NNMoreFilesLib" could not be found.” How to resolve it?

NNMoreFilesLib Could Not Be Found in Jaws PDF Creator

We usually get the error message ‘the application “Jaws PDF creator” could not be opened because “NNMoreFilesLib” could not be found’ when we updated and upgrade our previous version of the software with the present version. You can try to first repair the program by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Jaws PDF creator > Repair > restart Computer. If this does not do, you need to uninstall Jaws PDF Creator by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Jaws PDF creator > Uninstall. You also need to remove the ‘Jaws PDF Creator’ preferences file under System Folder > Preferences > After which we need to restart the computer.
