Default mail client is not installed
When you click on an email link, your web browser tries to open your default email program to send the email. This is usually Outlook Express unless you have configured another email program.
Go to Internet Explorer settings by clicking on tools and then internet options. Then go to the program tab and see if your email program is listed under the email section. If your email program isn't listed there, then this may be a bit more difficult to setup.
Depending on what email program you use will determine how hard it is to have Internet Explorer use it for its default email client. This may involve some registry editing which I don’t recommend unless you are an advance user.
