You can try the following methods:
(i) Click on Internet Explorer.
(ii) Click on Properties
(iii) Click on "Connections" tab and then on LAN settings.
(iv) Untick all the options and click OK.
Solution 2: If the problem persists then follow the next step.
(i) Go to Start
(ii) In the search bar type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
(iii) Click Network –> Properties –> Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]
Obtain the IP address and DNS server address automatically.
Solution 3: Go to Start. Then type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
Verify that IP address, Subnet mask should have addresses. Check firewall.
