Hello,
There has been a recent problem relating to sound. I have set the sound levels at max. But there is no sound at all. I cannot understand whether this is a problem with the settings or it is a problem with hardware or speaker device. For you information I have done any operating system setup either. Kindly someone help me get me out of these problem.

No sound on any level-hardware or software problem
Hi,
Please go through the followings:
1. Check the speaker connection with your PC. Remove the cable and fix it again. An option may open, select line out. I think it will be ok. If not,
2. Go to Master Volume again and check whether the mute is checked or not.
3. If not, Run your Motherboard CD (Divers and Utility) provided with your motherboard and install the sound system again.
4. Restart your computer.
5. You will get the sound.
I hope you understand it.
Thanks
No sound on any level-hardware or software problem
Hi, Antonio.
Many sound problems are caused due to hardware issues on the computer. Don’t worry, Antonio. I’ll guide you with some troubleshooting steps.
·        Please check if your speaker is on and make sure the volume is increased.
·        Right click your ‘My computer’ and click on ‘Properties’. Then select ‘Device Manager’, which is located on the left side.
·        Double click the ‘Sound, video and game controllers’ and expand that category.
·        If you see a sound card listed there, your computer has a sound card installed.
·        If you don’t see a sound card listed there, check the information that came with your computer.
·        If you see a yellow question mark next to your sound card, there might be a problem with it.
·        You will need to update your sound card driver. For this you may need the driver CD.
·        You can click on the ‘Update Driver’ to reinstall the driver.
Some laptops and speakers have external volume controls. If these are set to the lowest, you will not hear any sound.

Skarbos Jay.
No sound on any level-hardware or software problem
Hello Antonio,
First of all I would suggest you to check your speaker if possible manage another sound system and check with that. If you are using any sound card and not the build in sound system than make sure the sound card is fine. The rest work is pretty simple like everyone else discussed. But I would prefer to the driver re-installation. If that is a windows problem than you can run a tool called fix it. This will help you to diagnosis this problem. Â
Thank you,
Riley Weaver.
