No subscription Found’ error in MS Office Pro 2010

We have an Office 365 Enterprise plan using the Office 365Plus service. When I open MS Office Pro 2010, many of the features are disabled. I realized the subscription probably expired, so I tried to activate it, but I get a 'No subscription Found' error. Any idea how we can fix it?

No subscription Found’ error in MS Office Pro 2010

Hello Coury, 

Let us begin by giving a new name to the ‘Microsoft Help’ folder and then re-installing Office. The following steps will guide you on how to go about it: 

1. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run > Type %Programdata% and Click OK
2. Rename the 'Microsoft Help' folder as 'Microsoft Help. OLD' 

You should try and install Office again and see if it works fine now.
