I have a Nokia 5130 mobile phone and I am having issues with the phone memory. This phone has a total of 30MB internal memory and I have nothing inside it but it is showing full memory. I already restore the phone to its default setting to delete all the hidden files to no avail. What is happening and how can I resolve it?

Nokia 5130 is showing full memory
You can do a factory restore by typing *#7780# on your mobile phone and when asked for the security code, type 12345. If it doesn't work, you can download a File Explorer or FExplorer. Install it on your phone and you can view all that is stored on your mobile phone. Download it from the link below:
Download FExplorer

Nokia 5130 is showing full memory
First of all remove memory card from your phone if you are having any then, in standby mode type *#7370# and then type your password again type *#7780# and then type your password. Your Phone memory will be formatted.
There is another alternative way. Restore your phone to default factory settings and yes your security code is 12345.
