Hi,
What type of information are you trying to sync? If it is music, there are some specific solutions listed below as well.
Here are a few solutions. Please try each one.
1. Restart the phone and the computer. Make sure the phone is disconnected from the computer prior to re-starting.
2. If trying to sync music, use the Windows Phone Desktop app to transition your music library for syncing.

Nokia Lumia 920 i get this Sync error 80004005

The error occurred because you tries to login with another account in Outlook. This error is mainly a bug in the Lumia 920. Lumia doesn't allow changing the account details once you have entered one. Try one of the two options:

1. Try to reset your phone and restart it;
2. Try removing the battery and dismantle it for a while, than restart it and try again.

Windows phones don't have any fix to this error by now, but hopefully the coming up update will solve the issue.
