Nokia PC Suite Failed to Recognize C2-01 Phone Memory

Hi Guys,

I installed Nokia PC Suite for my Nokia C2-01. I wanted get some photos from my phone to my PC. It failed to browse my phone memory. Have you any idea for the issue?

How can I get my photos on it?

Please help.

Nokia PC Suite Failed to Recognize C2-01 Phone Memory

Hi Hanley,

Dear it is so simple to come over your problem.

First check that you have installed the proper version of Nokia Pc suite that supports your phone.

And it is must to restart computer after installing this software. But if you are still failed to get your images in your pc from your phone. Then take these steps.

Turn off your mobile and attach it with your computer via USB Cable. A short installation will be started. It will install your phone's memory into your system. You can use it by opening My Computer. Treat it just like an usb pen drive.

So simple.
