Please check your supplied credential or check the email address and your password if it's correct. If it's correct check it if it's the vault password or the Norton account password because it's different.

Try to remember your password and email address or save it to your cell phones or in your computers so that if you cannot remember it you will know you important 

Files just simple look to your cell phones or computers, thanks
