Hi,

Few days ago, I had setup Microsoft office Professional 2010 for which Microsoft .NET framework 4 is given as complimentary. During the setup process,

Norton Ghost 15 ( V 15.1.0.36526) encountered the following error message given below.

Please help me to setup the software.

Looking for some solutions.

Hi,

I suggest you to check the following on your computer.

>>Please check whether any other Norton programs are installed on your computer.

>>Check if the date and time is correct on your computer.

>>Check if you are installing a genuine Norton product onto your computer

>>If the above steps do not help, you should try reinstalling the Norton product.

>>Once the Norton program is removed from your computer, delete all the temporary files.

>>Try installing the Norton product in ‘safe mode with networking’.

This should fix the issue with the Norton product on your computer.
