Not able to delete history in call logs c3

I have purchased Nokia C3 love the features and the phone but facing problem with call logs c3.

Please help me get rid of the prompt "invalid selection" in call logs c3.

Not able to delete history in call logs c3

Good day Boby

Resetting your Phone to factory setting, put this code in *#7780# , the password is 12345.

You will not lose your personal data, but always make a backup. It is just safe.

When the above solution is not helping, try a firmware update.

To get the updates by pressing *#0000#, or go to select options and go and check for updates and follow the steps.

A software update can also be done through the Nokia software updater.

I again ask you to update your personal data to keep it safe. This can be done through the Nokia PC suite.
