Not able to Synchronize with Evernote

Hello,
I have just installed Evernote in my computer. But I met a synchronization error.
Here is the activity record:

I actually don’t know what does this mean and how can I solve it. Can anybody help with this?

Not able to Synchronize with Evernote

Hello George L Prestwood,

How are you today? Most often these types of problems can be solved this way – have you opened a support ticket, or followed the following steps: Back up all Evernote data, Remove Evernote entirely from your PC (Library,Application Support,Evernote), Reinstall.
