Not getting calls through Skype on my Samsung Ace

Hello friends,

I am using Samsung Ace 3 S7275R smart phones. It is actually working very well.

But the only problem is making calls via Skype. When I call using Skype through my phone the others are getting calls from my Skype ID. It is not even coming ringing sound on my mobile. I tried calling from my PC to mobile but same problems. I am using Skype latest version 6.16.0. Unable to find out the actual problem.

Can somebody please suggest me regarding this issue. Thanks!

Not getting calls through Skype on my Samsung Ace

Hello,

 

Review your Skype PC and cell phone settings. Ensure there are no settings which bind your phone to your PC install in this problematic way. You likely have the applications configured to route calls in this way. If this does not solve your problem, I suggest reverting your installs to find a version which does not present this problem.
