Notepad file is unable to open in the network

Hi there,

I used to open a notepad file in the network daily without any issues. But today I am facing some kind of difficulty. I checked these; my computer is connected with the network and the internet. And also I verified that the file is in the desired location. Why I am not allowed to open the file? Am I going wrong anywhere? Someone could help me to solve this error. Thanks.

Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.

Notepad file is unable to open in the network

You have not mentioned which type of files you are facing problems in opening with your notepad. Have you updated with the latest version of your notepad? For this go to the directory of  installation folder of your notepad — right click the notepad exe file – select properties—on property dialog box select ‘compatibility’ tab—then come down and check the check- box named as ‘Run this program as administrator’ — click ok button.

• This error may be due to you have saved the file in a wrong directory, so check the path properly where the file is saved.

• Another thing you can do is — search and locate properly your MSQL installation, inside your network.
• You may check with  Notepad overview  or How to save a file in notepad.
