Hey,

what is a help desk technician has many task as per the needs. Also they are in different levels too, as per the levels there pay is decided as well. The technician help to generate a ticket to the user which helps them to mange there queries and the same is solved within 24hrs or less as per the doubt faced by them too. Also they are supposed to work for the night shift as well to give the customers 24*7 services as well.
