NP .NET Profiler for Windows Store Apps error

Hello,

I have this error with Windows Store Apps when I try to create a profile. I am a beginner with the PC and every time I have an error I am scared because I don’t want to ruin my PC. This is one of them and can anyone have some free time to help me fixing this error?

If creating an account or profile in the Windows Store Apps requires the NP .NET Profiler then you should install it on your computer. It can be downloaded from NP .NET Profiler. But after checking, I learned that it doesn’t support your operating system because you are using Microsoft Windows 8 or maybe 8.1. Even if this is the case, just try installing it on your computer.

If an error was thrown, run the installer in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Right-click on the installer and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab and check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” under “Compatibility mode”. From the dropdown list, select Windows 7 and then click OK. Start the installer again and see if it works. See image.

The download contains three files: NP_x64.zip, NP_x86.zip, and NPStoreApp.zip. To install NP .NET Profiler, unpack either NP_x64.zip or NP_x86.zip in a folder and double-click “np.exe”. Unpack the ZIP file supported by your operating system. NP_x64.zip is for 64-bit Microsoft Windows and NP_x86.zip is for 32-bit Microsoft Windows. After this, to profile your Windows Store Apps, unpack NPStoreApp.zip and double-click “NPStoreApp.exe”.
