I got an error in the extraction. and then I wasn’t able to install it after several attempts. so did any one encountered the same error as well ? what should I do to install it ? after the installation failed… the system asked me to try installing it as recommended. and though. I couldn’t install it. So what do you say with that ?? Error:" 7-zip; Data error."
Nvidia 190 driver on Windows 7 Extraction error
There are many reason why you encountered this kind of error message, some anti-virus or anti-spyware might be interfering with your installation process.
Try to resolve this by doing the following.
First, other running programs may complicate the installation process, so try to check if there are other running programs while you’re installing the application, try to close it..
You can also try to check the compatibility mode issue of the software you’re trying to install with the operating system you have.
Try to download the software again with the same version and reinstall it.
You can also try to download it in other computer device and save it on the Flash drive, DVD, or CD then install it on your computer.

Nvidia 190 driver on Windows 7 Extraction error
Hi Lara,
This seems that the file downloaded is corrupted.
To check, simply try to extract using some other program, like WinRAR, you will notice that the extraction process stops after some time, giving the error.
What i assume is that you have downloaded this drive from NVIDIA US.
Try to download from:Â http://www.nvidia.co.uk/page/home.html, and it will be fine

You may have some 3rd party program running in the background, which is incompatible with the installation of the program. It tries to download a trial version of PowerArchiver from the following URL:

Proceed to install the software. Once installed and running, navigate to the location where the NVIDIA driver. Right click on the file with your mouse and select "Extract." Choose your destination do not want, then go there. Inside is a "setup.exe". Double-click the file to begin installation and continue driver installation. To be on the safe side, you can disable the third in the background that may interfere with installation programs, such as monitoring the system or antivirus software. Once the driver installed, you can reactivate those programs.
