With that problem with the DLL file when you attempted to reinstall it, it can be caused by your antivirus locking the file because of an early attempt to launch it. Antivirus won’t normally lock a file if the program associated with it was not opened. In this case, try restarting your computer then after booting disable your antivirus, and then reinstall Open Broadcaster Software.

It should do the trick. See if this is successful. Also, since you are using an old version, you should update to the latest version. Visit Open Broadcaster Software 0.613 Beta to get the latest version. This version includes support until Microsoft Windows 8. In case you encounter a problem running the program, try opening it as administrator.

Right-click on the program’s icon or shortcut on your desktop and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab then check “Run this program as an administrator” under Privilege Level and click OK. Start Open Broadcaster Software and see if it works. The error about the “d3dx10_43.dll” is pointing to the DLL file of Microsoft DirectX.

It is not possible for the DLL file to be missing because Microsoft DirectX is a component included in the Microsoft Windows operating system. If this problem continues, updating Microsoft DirectX will probably solve the problem.
