Oceanis Change Background doesn’t load

I’am really tired of seeing the same old fashion windows 7 starter image, it is like always and always and again always the same lame image I tried downloading Oceanis Change Background but got some kind of error on the loading screen when windows boot up and it’s too fast to see the error, its like in a flash and can’t really see what it says there but my new background doesn’t load, it’s the same old windows 7 images, what else can I try beside Oceanis Background?

Oceanis Change Background doesn’t load

Hello Helan Jak. Oceanis Change Background software is the most used today by Windows Starter users but I agree that it is a hassle to use and not user friendly. So I can recommend you another way to change your desktop background, by using the Personalization Panel program.

 

1. Download the software Personalization Panel here

 

2. In the set-up, it is recommended to choose 'Regular Setup'

 

3. After you're done installing the software, right click on your desktop and you will see 'Personalize' in the options. Click.

 

(If User Account Control prompts, just click Yes)

 

4. Then from there, select Windows 7 as seen on the picture.

 

5. And then you can now change your desktop background.

 

Not just the background, but you can change your color and screen saver too.
