ODT extension file is not opening with Adobe Reader

Hi,

When I try to use Adobe Reader to open a document file with an extension of .odt, an error message appears.  The message says that some characters do not display properly because the embedded font could not be extracted.  Please find below screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Could anyone explain why this error message appears please?  How to resolve the error so that I can read the document properly? Thanks in advance. 

Any solution is welcome.

Hey Walter, 

Hi Man It seems to be a problem with the font, I can't certainly say that. But I want to give you a suggestion, why don't you save your odt file in pdf format?

You can actually do that once you know that everything in your doc is final, I mean if there is no more editing to be done you should always save your files in PDF format as your fonts and all editing will be intact.
