OLE ITF Returned an error code of 106. Failed to Create File

Hi experts,

I am having a problem on a Max 8 ECRM Site – but this seems to just be getting worse! More and more docs are giving errors.

 After a doc is embedded there was no error during this process, if a doc is opened up afterwards certain docs give this error. I have not been able to find a link between creators / Logins / PC's. Mainly seems to be linked to Excel Files, but is now also happening with Word. 

The error message says,

OLE ITF returned an error code of 106. Failed to create file.

Please help…

Hello Gray,

The problem occurring this particular aspect i have searched for it. There is no problem classified except windows or may be your computer is virus affected. So better if you reboot your computer or check the anti-virus license date could be expired. Otherwise you could use utility boost software to fix this problem. Sometimes they could be useful in that way. Hope everything will be alright.

Hello,

Make sure that the clock of the computer is set correctly and the correct time as well. In order to see no more errors after changes and corrections are done, the computer maybe rebooted first. Always type the correct website address. I hope this will help you in finding a solution to your problem.
