Onyx puck clip can’t find Samsung Grand 2 via bluetooth

Hello People, Is someone here who is using Onyx puck clip? Seems like my Onyx puck clip isn’t working or responding or supporting Samsung Grand 2. The phone is trying to find the Onyx puck clip for a while and then it says- no active device found, please turn on or restart your device.

Onyx puck clip can’t find Samsung Grand 2 via bluetooth

I guess it is not a problem with your Onyx because it runs on battery just like your phone do and it is possible that when you are pairing it with your phone, Onyx has already a weak battery or maybe the battery has just died. And if this happens, your phone will not be able to find it.

Before you pair it with your phone, check first if the battery is fine or if the battery is full. Normally, the battery that Onyx uses lasts for around 12 hours but the actual battery life will still depend on how much you use it. The Onyx can be paired with an Android Smartphone or an iPhone handset via Bluetooth.

Once the device is paired, you can then connect with your friends that are also using Onyx and begin conversation by pressing on the device’s center button.
