I already have skype on my PC. My friend suggested me to install ooVoo for video call. Which will be more users friendly?

Hello Ms. Gayle, Many say that Skype is the most users friendly. Its easy to figure out how to work every feature in the software. Skype supports many systems such as Windows and Mac. Corporate businesses doesn't use Skype because it not made to take on conference video calls.
Oovoo has some good great access to it. This software is use by corporate business because it allows up 6 people to communicate at the same time. Journalists are able to use Oovoo when conducting interviews and corporate business can use it for recording business meetings.
