How can I open a PowerPoint or PPS file as an email attachment if I don’t have MS-Office installed on my computer?

Can someone please help?

Open PowerPoint File without MS Office

If you've received a PowerPoint presentation (in PPT format) but don't have either Microsoft Office or PowerPoint installed, then don't be panic. I am describing two options below that can help you with dealing this Issue.
 
1: Use the Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer which is a free application that allows you to open (but not edit) PowerPoint files.
2: Fortunately, a quick visit to the Microsoft Download Center is all that’s required to enable your machine to view PowerPoint Presentations (and cool slides of air shows).

It can be use and access at https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?passive=1209600&osid=1&continue=https://docs.google.com/&followup=https://docs.google.com/&emr=1. It is compatible with doc, .docx, .rtf, .sxw, .pdf, .ppt, .pps, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .html files and many more.

Another way is by using "Open Office".It is a free and open project that includes several solutions for opening files created by office programs of Microsoft windows,Linux and Apple MacOS.The open office includes programs like;

Base – Database

Calc – Spreadsheet

Draw – Drawing program used to create logos and flow charts.

Impress – Presentation program

Math – Allows a user to create scientific formulas and equations.

Writer – Word processor and text editor.
