Open sources ui design tool

I am developing an application for an accounting firm. The functionalities are working now, the buttons and forms are now doing what they intend to do. Now, my biggest problem is the design of my User Interface. I am not good in CSS as much as in HTML, and the only thing that could help me right now is an open sources ui design tool where I can easily edit and design my own user interface.

Can you suggest any open source application?

Open sources ui design tool

There are many open source project for the UI design that you require. I will specify some of them. You can try them out and use according to your requirement and with whatever you feel comfortable.

1. Lumzy, http://www.lumzy.com/
   It is a tool for creating Prototype for websites and applications. With Lumzy, mockups can be created and sent to the clients in real time scenarios.
2. Mockingbird, https://gomockingbird.com/home
   Mockingbird is an online tool that enables you to create mockups of your application. These mockups can be linked together or shared with any number of users you want.
3. The Pencil Project, http://pencil.evolus.vn/Default.html
   The Pencil Project is a free and open source tool for making diagrams and GUI prototyping.
