Openoffice error problem with shortcut

Whenever I try to run my openoffice it is giving me this error, the shortcut is on my desktop and openoffice is installed properly on my computer, what could be the problem of this?

Openoffice error problem with shortcut

Hi, 

In order to resolve this problem, you can do a couple of things. Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and delete all openoffice content, including the older versions too. I had the same problem, and it worked when I removed all files and installed them all over again. I suggest you do the same thing.
Also, you can verify your Windows by taking on Windows Genuine ID test. That could be a possible solution too.
