Opensource barcode generation API failed

Hello Susan,

I am also using Zint Barcode Generator for my small print company. I experienced related problem few days ago and I adopted some measures that eventually solve the problem at a glance.

1.    The first thing I did was to uninstalled the application which I believe you must have done, and if not try it now with the simple tricks too.

a)    Locate and delete the folder in My computer>  Local disk>Programs file> sent folder (Take note, this could also be inside the FONTS folder)

b)    Now reboot the system and try installing application again. But this time around, make sure you close every other software. It is very important that when installing it, choose “NO” when installer requests to set up the fonts for you automatically.

2.    If the problem persists, try to locate any plug-ins or new software that you just installed. Remove it from the system because barcode software primarily depends on fonts that such other plug –ins are also used.

3.    Make sure you have pre – installed visual studio on your computer.
