Opera error – Failed to load opera

Hi Friends,

I am unable to open opera and it keeps giving an error message. See the following message for details.

Please help.

Failed to load opera. DLL because:

The system cannot find the file specified.

Opera error – Failed to load opera

Hi,

1) Solution 1 :

Check this directory if you are running a 86-bit system C:Program Files (x86)Opera or this one if you are running a 32-bit system C:Program FilesOpera). Is opera.dll there? Right click and make sure isn’t READ-ONLY.

2) Solution 2 :

Try to uninstall then reinstall opera. If the error keeps coming, then, rename this file operaprefs.ini or the installation folder and re-install.

Opera error – Failed to load opera

Hi James Mayer,

You are opera browser unable to find the opera.dll file which is used for running the browser. It may be deleted, corrupted or infected by any virus. The solution is uninstall the Opera browser and check all files are removed or not in C:Program Files Opera if not removed delete the folder manually. After deletion then reinstall a fresh copy of opera and check opera.dll is existing or not.
