Optional 3 fails to download this component

Hi there,

I tried to download a component for my program and this error message appeared. The Retry is not helping at all and I have checked my Internet connection and is not working at all. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? Why I cannot download the component ?

Optional 3 fails to download this component

Problem is you did not indicate the name of the program so we can check the possible issue. I rarely get this error when accessing a website and the only time I encountered it was when I accidentally visited a webpage or more specifically a URL that is somewhat restricted from being accessed publicly and only the administrator is allowed.

If you are browsing the folders of a website and downloading directly from there then the source file is probably not open to public. This is possible if the file or folder is being kept as an archive or collection. If you need to download and install a component for your application, try obtaining the component from a different source or from the public section of the website.
