I am usually out of town and I don't have access sometimes in answering my emails. Is there a way that I can set an out-of-office notification. I want an automatic mail that will respond to my incoming messages when I am out of the office. I hope someone here knows because it's very urgent. Thanks.

Out of Office Notification in Lotus Notes
Hello there! You need to create an Auto reply agent.

Click Create > Agent.

In the properties box, enter the name for the agent.

In the first drop down in runtime section, select “After Mail Arrives.”

Close the properties box. Click on Add action button at the bottom of the window.

Select Reply to Send from the Action drop down menu.

Type your message then save the agent and exit.
Take note that this has to be done on the server copy of the mail database and not on the local copy otherwise, response would be sent after certain delay.
