Outlook 2007 mails get permanent deleted when deleted.

Generally my mails when deleted move to trash folder and i can empty the folder manually

But now they just delete permanently

I have Office 2007 and Windows 7 with latest Sp's

Outlook 2007 mails get permanent deleted when deleted

Following are the steps to avoid permanent deletion in Outlook

1.   On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.

2.   Ensure that Empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting check box is unchecked.

3.   Next, select Advanced Options  and select the Warn before permanently deleting items check box

4.   This will turn off automatic emptying of the Deleted Items folder, ensure that you have deselected Empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting check box.

Outlook 2007 mails get permanent deleted when deleted

There is one more solution to recover deleted emails that is the third party deleted email recovery software. You can easily search in Google about these software.
