Information regarding the Operating System is needed in order to provide an accurate solution. However, you can try the following methods, and I hope at least one of them should solve your issue.

Method 1:

Check whether the indexing options are configured correctly.

1. Click "Start" button and then enter the keyword "Indexing Options" in the Start Search Box

2. Now point to "Indexing Options" in the search results and open it.

3. Once the "Indexing Options" windows pop out, then click on "Advanced" button.

4. Select the "File Types" tab.

5. Search for "msg" in the Extension column.

6. Make sure that the check box for "msg" is ticked.

7. Then click the "Index Properties and File Contents" option in order to enable it.

8. Click OK and Close.

Method 2:

1. Click "Start" button and then enter the keyword "Run" in the Start Search Box

2. Type "gpedit.msc" in the Run dialog box and press OK.

3. Once the "Local Group Policy Editor" dialog box pops out, then start expanding "Computer Configuration", then expand "Administrator Templates" and then "Windows Components".

4. Now double click "Search" in the list of "windows Components"

5. Double click on "Enable indexing of online delegate mailboxes" within the list of submenu "Search"

6. Click "Enabled" the Policy setting and then click "OK" in order to update the new settings.

7. Now close the "Local Group Policy Editor"

8. Again "Start" button and then enter the keyword "Run" in the Start Search Box.

9. Type "gpupdate /force" in the Run dialog box and press OK.

10. Finally Restart Microsoft Outlook.
