Outlook 2010 hp instant pim addin collaps

What can I do about my notebook its running outlook 2010 and after some time it just collapses and it shows no error at all. I had identical problems with my PC and I disabled outlook 2010 HP instant pim add-on and can I disable it on my notebook too?

Hi john, 

Yes, You need to disable the HP add-in Personal Information Manager (PIM) from your notebook, Otherwise you may  get an error message.

Hello John

Yes you can disable this add in. In order for you to do that, open Microsoft Outlook 2010 and go to File-> Options. In the left, you will see several options. Click on Add-ins, select the one that you want to disable, and click on Go.

In the COM Add-ins, select the desired one, and click Remove/Uninstall. That should make your Outlook work just fine on the notebook.
