Outlook cannot display this view

Hi friends around the globe, I am sharing here my problem while I am using outlook, I was opening an email with attachment file, I want it to be viewed, but the outlook displayed an error, Outlook cannot display this view.

Outlook cannot display this view.

As I look upon the above error, I am confused why I can't view the email attachment, ever since I am doing this type of manner in opening my email and the attachment, I looked for some solution over the internet, but I found nothing or somewhat a clear discussion about the error, please share me your ideas on this matter,

Hi,

• There are some issue if an outlook cannot display a view it maybe a file is corrupted or a different user tried to access your outlook. Try using the switch once by adding up to the run command. Verify it’s location of the outlook.exe file on the computer. If you established the folder in the location when Outlook is installed the outlook.exe is placed in the following.
• C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice14Outlook.exe. Now click the start button, then all programs, accessories and click run, in the run dialog box input a quotation mark, and copy and paste the full path above and again put a quotation mark then type a space then the switch, now next time you open the outlook, the program opens to make a personalized startup and accessible for repeated use.

If you want to solve this trouble, the corrupted Outlook views or the entire PST file should be repaired. You can acquire the help of the built-in Inbox repair tool in the Outlook or the Scanpst.exe to fix the damaged PSTs.
