Outlook closes itself when WebEx is attempted

I got this new issue only today but it cost me a lot. I couldn’t invite the customer to the meeting and I was so ashamed. I think even the customer felt very bad also doubted my loyalty. What happened is, after entering the customer mail ID in To address, and filling the meeting details I clicked on add WebEx meeting. But it made the outlook close abruptly. I tried everything but could not create one meeting. How to recover from this error? Should I re install outlook? Will I retain all mails?

Outlook closes itself when WebEx is attempted

Solution 1:

1. First uninstall your productivity tools.

2. Upgrade your MS outlook to 64-bit version if you are using 32-bit.

3. Your data’s will not be lost as Outlook will check for the old root files.

4. Make sure outlook is working

5. Update social connector and outlook connector.

6. Download latest Productivity tools from webex site.

7. Run installer with standard settings.

8. Check it now.
