I have been working with some Java project which is based on some mail client like outlook I have created all things in my project, now I want to enable GUI which makes the outlook like desktop in Java or some dashboard ?

Outlook like desktop in Java or some dashboard

GUI can make the outlook like windows java desktop background. However you can put some extra plug-in to make it look more attractive. There are different types of outlook plug-in which depends on your choice of look on how you want your application to look like. You can try some online outlet before making any changes on your own program.
