Hi Chalimrefu,
You're asking how you can input email addresses automatically when you're sending emails, that feature is called autocomplete, its a tool you can download on your computer then whenever you need to use addresses, the tool does that for you. This link is very useful: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/outlook_nk2_autocomplete.html. Download that utility then follow the instructions carefuly. Thanks.
Hi,
Adding email addresses can be done very easily if you have a utility installed on your computer that fills in the email address as you type. You can go to this page and download it. Once you have downloaded, the rest is very easy, just follow the instructions and you're good to go. Good luck!
Thank you both for your assistance, I shall follow your advice, thanks again!
I think you are referring to the AutoComplete list feature of Microsoft Office Outlook. This feature is generated automatically when you send email messages with Microsoft Office Outlook and is also known as “nickname cache”. The list contains SMTP addresses, LegacyExchangeDN entries, and display names for people to whom you have sent messages before. If AutoComplete list is not yet enabled, here’s how to enable it.
This applies to Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016. To enable AutoComplete, in Microsoft Office Outlook, go to “File”, “Options” then go to “Mail” tab. Scroll down then under “Send messages” section, check “Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines”.
For Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and 2007, go to “Tools” then “Options”. In “Options” window, under “E-mail” section, click “E-mail Options”. On the next screen, under “Message handling”, click “Advanced E-mail Options”. On the next screen, under “When sending a message”, check “Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields” then click “OK” all throughout.
